The apartments come furnished with equipped kitchens - most with washing machines, beds, curtains, tables, chairs, desks etc. Even the linen is provided. Some have balconies and substantial terraces.

Returns vary depending on how long you use the apartment but roughly you will receive:
4% per annum with 4 weeks use (2 high season, 2 low season) OR
5% per annum with 2 weeks use (1 high season,1 low season) OR
6 % per annum with the possibility of using the flat when required with a reduction on the return for each week used.
