Mandelieu - Leaseback
This programme has been launched very recently and is in our opinion one of the most remarkable leaseback schemes available on the Côte D'Azur. The low rise development offers a tranquil, rustic atmosphere just minutes from the sea and the glitter of Cannes.
At the moment there is a hotel on the site, which is adjacent to Mandelieu town centre and the Cannes/Mandelieu Golf club (Old Course). The Golf Club de Cannes-Mandelieu is also nearby. The hotel is situated in a nature reserve of more than 7000 square metres, on what is effectively an island on the River Siagne.
The area is crossed by numerous footpaths leading to the 2 golf courses, the Port de Cannes Marina and the sea about 700 metres away. There is a landing stage, boats are berthed along the river bank edge of the property and it is possible to walk along the river bank to the sea, or take a boat.
