The apartment is on the second floor (with lift) of a beautiful building with its own stairway to the old town. The building is quiet and secure, yet the shops, restaurants, port and beaches of Vieux Nice are just moments away.

As you can see on our map, the apartment is just 5 minutes walk to the beach and Cours Saleya.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven and hob
Folding doors lead to a second living room/bedroom with a double sofabed.

This room has a desk and can be used as a study.
WiFi or pc connection available.

The adjoining bathroom has a full size bath tub, vanity unit, WC and window.

The master bedroom off the entrance hall has a queen size double bed, ensuite shower room
and balcony with views of Mount Boron.

We are very near the bus station, with regular connections to Cannes, Antibes, Monte Carlo, Menton and numerous hilltop villages not to mention Nice Airport.

Also close to the new tram way which takes you to the main SNCF railway station in 10 to 15 minutes.

It's a short bus ride or pleasant walk along spectacular coastal scenery to the charming port and beach of Villefranche.
