The apartment is perfectly situated for all Nice attractions. Markets, shops and the Gare Routiere are nearby and it's 5 to 10 minutes easy walk through the old town to the Promenade des Anglais and Cours Saleya.
Central heating in winter is included. In summer it's airy and you get a through breeze to the bedrooms - every room has a full window.
Note: there is no lift in the building, which is on a hill in a pedestrian area. The apartment is no smoking as a courtesy to other guests and not suitable for late night parties as the neighbours are liable to complain.
