Jenny,  Thank you for your note, and thank you for such a nice visit to Nice and the whole area. Your apartment is just perfectly situated for those of us who prefer to get around on public transportation in foreign countries (when it's as easy and effective as in Nice).

We managed to get to Antibes, Villefranche, Cap Ferrat, Vence, Entrevaux, Eze, La Turbie, and Menton, as well as many places in Nice itself. Within a day we felt chez nous in your little aerie, and could hardly tear ourselves away from watching the big construction project outside the kitchen windows. The whole thing was just splendid.

Thank you again, and we would be happy to recommend your apartment without reservation to one and all.

Jenny, it was a pleasure to meet you.  We really enjoyed your apartment.  The location near the beaches, Old Town, bus and rail stations made it a perfect location to get around Nice.

We felt like a native as we strolled down to our "regular" locations for breakfast in the city.  Your guide book that you left was also very useful.  The tips on places to eat, phone numbers and so on were really useful and generally not listed in many of the travel guides.

Hello there Jenny - just to say a big thank you for finding us the hotel

we had a lovely holiday and quite envy you being able to live in Nice, it's

a fabulous city.  It was a bit of a shock to leave a  sunny Nice on Saturday

to find  it at -2 degrees,  frosty with snow on the hills,  on arrival back

in Glasgow.   However  we have wonderful warm memories of a beautiful part of  France and hope to return before too long.

Thanks too for your help on Wednesday, everything went so smoothly and we now are looking forward to the next stages of designing the kitchen and receiving the revised plans from the architect . We are also looking forward to getting the proper drawings so my brother can start work. We also enjoyed talking to you and getting to know you after the signing.

We also met Garry and George by chance as we had a meal in Place Garibaldi - they joined us and we enjoyed talking to them very much too - great to get to know our new neighbours even before we move in.

We had a fantastic holiday (although seems so long ago already!). We had a safe trip back but arrived back to some very cold and miserable weather, a bit of a shock to the system after such glorious weather in Nice.

My only regret is that I did not buy a small apartment here when the dollar was strong. I think the summer rent would have made a large share of the payment.

I am going to look around to see what is available. When the dollar gets stronger, perhaps you can find a little place for us, which you could manage. I love this area. It is so convenient to everything.
